I have slightly altered this review to reflect the fact that I managed to follow the recipe properly the second time round and have a better photo.

I made this tonight and I have to say it's a tasty salad which is great for summer and I love the mango in it.

The dressing tasted similar to the one used in the vietnamese chicken salad from the dinner spinner app.

I have never used chinese cabbage before so learnt yet another ingredient and I finally found chang's fried noodles - they were just hiding a bit at the shops as the front packets were all gone. Oh and I ended up using the whole cabbage.

Chicken went well with this dish as well, although it creates extra washing as not done in the TMX ;) hehe

Hubby loves this salad and is one we will be definitely make in the future.

Made this again tonight and it's one of our favourites for summer. Even my toddler came and had some from my bowl, after her dinner.

The Vietnamese salad was alright, but I loved this one. Had a guest and the whole lot was demolished amongst 5 people.  So easy. Will def make again.

I haven made this three times now and  people always want the recipe. I do the version from Tenina's website ...without the noodles. A minor variation of this recipe. It is a winner.
