No Fuss rolls substituting the white flour for your multigrain flour mix and
Isi's Normal Bread. Just have a practice on the first go and see if it works out - I am sure it will as bread is very fun and forgiving.
Hints:
Let your dough double in size for at least an hour. Some people leave in the TM jug until it reaches the MC hole.
Tip your dough onto a slightly floured bench or thermomix mat
If its too sticky, lightly flour your hands and sprinkle a tiny bit on top of the dough as you give it a couple of hand kneads
Sticky bread seems to be lighter bread, so don't keep adding the flour
Cut your portions as evenly as possible, and roll into raised "rissoles" (don't flatten), then turn on your oven - the 2nd rise should be about done as the oven reaches the correct temperature.
