I've made the Bengali Salmon Curry early today with intentions of gently re-heating tonight.
I have stuffed up a bit here as I usually only add a pinch of salt when cooking, then will taste at the end to see if any more needs adding. Today I just added the 2 tsp sea salt without thinking and when I had a taste, at the end of cooking all I could taste was salt. My fault totally as we don't like a lot, so I will have to make this again at a later date as I think it would be really good otherwise. What a dill.
