Wonder I used a frypan. Too hot to send DH out to the bbq tonight.

We had these tonight. They were lovely. I didn't do the cucumber salad as I knew it wouldn't be popular. We had it with Tenina's Mushroom and Feta strudel from Dinner Spinner. Using up a few more mushrooms.

Thinking of using this marinade for some chicken ribs.

I forgot to post that I marinated ribs in this mixture and cooked in the Airfryer and they were lovely. the marinade has a lot of flavour and is quick to make

I have made them before. Loved by all. I used 4 laege chicken breasts.

I made these last week and they were a bit hit! (I didn't do the cucumber salad to go with them as I didn't have any cucumbers at the time!) The chicken had beautiful flavour. Would definitely do these for a get together.

I used honey in the marinade...has anyone tried it with maple syrup? I thought that might be yummy too!
