Have a really nice Swedish recipe for mustard sauce for fish, which would be amazing!!!!!Here goes....100g olive oil2 teaspoons Dijon mustard2 teaspoons brown sugar2 teaspoons vinegarlots of dillWeigh out oil first. Then like a mayonnaise, place all ingredients (except oil) in THX. Program speed 5 and slowly pour the oil on to the lid with the MC in place until it finishes. About 30 seconds.This sauce is delicious with smoked salmon, but I bet with fish balls even better!!!
