Good evening ladies (any gents here? any single gents perchance?  :D)

Just ordered my thermomix after I couldn't get the idea out of my head post attending a demo.

I'm mostly planning on using it for basics like sauces and stocks, bread, juicing and milling/mincing, but who knows, I might find myself converting over once I get my hands on it and see what it can do.

Hi altraviolet and welcome to the forum. Why not pop over and enter in the poll so we can keep track of where our members are from. Don't think we have any single men on the forum, but perhaps there are some lurking in the background who will come out from cover now  ;)

We have lots of delicious recipes here that our members have kindly posted - and here is my current list of favourites - we also look forward to hearing from you if you have any queries, comments or converted recipes of your own to offer.

Hi  and welcome to the forum altraviolet i am sure when u have the TM in your hands,u will use it in so many more ways. i use for
pasta,rice, cakes,soups,pastry,veg and more, yesterday i made dulce de leche  ;D

Welcome to the forum. I'm sure you'll be cooking lots of things in the thermomix when it arrives.
There are many great recipes posted here so you will never be stuck for a meal idea.

Hi ultraviolet, welcome to the forum. You are bound to use the TMX for way more things than you thought you would.  We think we won't do certain things but this forum is very inspirational and before we know it, we are into everything  ;)
It would be lovely if we could start up a romance between members - that would be a first ;D
