Robyn you cannot imagine my joy today when I found  wee bit of cranberry and muscat sauce from  the Rutherglen in the fridge door. I had cooked some roast turkey for lunch. Perfect. Use by date...... October 2010. Yummy

My friend who does no cooking used some flour to thicken a curry the other day with 2006 use by date on it. I don't think I would want to use it. Yuck 😝

Lol! I didn't even look but it wasn't slimy and it smelled ok. Found  some cottage chees this morning In the garage fridge. Use by Jan 1  2012. Opened it and it was just fine on toast for my breakfast. Don't know how I missed it. Two great finds this week!

How old is your  Worcertershire Sauce? Bought a new bottle of Lea &  Perrins the other day as I am about to finish  one with a use by date of  Feb 2010. Pretty fresh I say.  Has no artificial colours, no preservativesand no added MSG? Tastes just fine.

Gert still a kickin'.
