Wobbly TMX weighing scale
« on: February 12, 2012, 04:34:05 am »
I am finding the scale is not accurate...have cleaned the base and stretched the TMX cord...is there anything else I should be doing?

try turning it off at the powerpoint for 5 minutes and then back on. Funnily enough I have had the same problem today too  :-)) :-)) and this seems to have fixed it. (oh and don't ask me why it happens or why it fixed it lol)  :P

We experienced this yesterday when my DD was making the easy chocolate cake. Ended up tipping the batter down the sink as couldnt tell how much of anything went in it. Turned it off and on again a few mins late and it was all ok agaiin.  No idea what was going on. It's been fine today with everything else I've made.

Is the TMX on a flat, level surface?  Was anything leaning against it, or was anyone touching it?  They are both causes for scales to play up at times.
