Serves: Makes 650g
Ingredients:
150g extra virgin olive oil
150g water
350g plain / cake flour
1 tsp salt
Preparation:
Put the oil in the
and set
3 minutes / Temp. Varoma / Speed 2.
Add the remaining ingredients
20 seconds / Speed 4.
Continue in the same manner as
empanadas or roll out thinly with a rolling pin and cut circles the size you want the empanadillas to be.
The dough can be baked or fried.
Tips/Hints: This dough has to be used immediately. It cannot be kept in the freezer. You can substitute some, or all of the water with other liquid (orange juice, wine etc.)
