I was looking for a Tzatziki recipe on here yesterday and couldn't find one - admittedly didn't have much time to do a thorough search, kids wanted lunch NOW and wanted tzatziki for their wraps. In the end I just kind of made it up and it was yummy - something I never used to do before I had a TMX.
So.... tzatziki recipe please? Something nice and easy to get you started  ;D

Deedub, have a look in your Everyday Cookbook - there is a recipe for tzatziki dip in there.

Hi Deedub

Tzatziki is one of those dips that people make according to the way they like it. The only think I would add in the EDC recipe will be a tablespoon of olive oil whilst mixing in the other ingredients. Also some people like to use dill instead of mint. Pleased you enjoyed your own recipe :)

Hi Desi.My Greek TMX book is actually different. It's called Mayeriki me to Thermomix. I have only made the tsoureki from there but I plan on making amigdalota soon and one day I would love to make my own tiropitta.

As for everyone else, I have uploaded the greek easter bread recipe but I am assuming you are looking for more everyday recipes. Right?

I haven't heard of your Greek cooking book, but then again I don't have many of them. Did you buy it in Oz or in Greece. The migdalota sounds lovely, I'd like to try this recipe as well. Let me know how you go with it and then we can post it here. D :)

I bought it from here in Australia from my consultant.

I'll let you know how I go with the amigdalota when I get around to doing them.
