Hi from Hobart
« on: February 14, 2012, 10:51:59 pm »
Hello everyone :)

I had my thermo for more than two years and I must say, together with the wonderful recipes and help I get from
all of you nice people in the forum, cooking for my family has been even more enjoyable than ever before.

Hi and welcome Desi, it's great to see you have come out of hiding lol. Often people are out there that have been a member of the forum for a while but we don't hear from, but not very often have they owned their TM for as long as you.
Any way welcome from another Tasmanian (northern)

Thank you everyone for the warm welcome.
The truth is that I'm not familiar with using the forum and I have been hesitant to have an input to it.
I have been using my thermo for everything that can be used especially Greek recipes. I will try to convert some recipes from my Greek thermo book and hopefully they will be good enough to post.

Achookwoman, yes we are fortunate to live here.
