Hi from BRAZIL
« on: February 16, 2012, 10:04:59 pm »
Hello everybody!

I am a professional cook from Brazil that use TMX at work and now I had the chance to buy my onw TMX.
My new appliance is now making shellfish rice  :-:  for dinner as I write this topic.
I have some great ideas to adapt some brazilian recipes for TMX. As soon I've got then ready I will post then here at the right topic.

I also want to apologize for my writing mistakes because english is not my mother language

Very very happy  :)  with my new TMX.

Greetings, Emerson.

Welcome tocco. I'll look forward to reading of your fun with the TMX. I have no idea what the food of Brazil is like.
