Loved it! I like the flavour addition of rosemary in there too.
I swapped quantities and used 60 g semi dried tomatoes, and 30g olives.
Made a 2nd batch, and blitzed through 150g cream cheese for dip.....yum.
Great stuff

It looks lovely. Tenina's book has us all so busy.

I'm
sort of
hoping that no one releases another beautiful book for at least 3 months, so that I can make some forum recipes and also some family favourites
(mainly so I stop buying "unusual" ingredients as well - but I do enjoy it all as part of this crazy fun trialling new recipes)

I agree with you CP, there are only 3 books permanently out at the moment - the last 3 colourful recipe books. My housekeeping has shot up though so that's the only downside.

Yes JD, I am having to be careful as our grocery bills have sky rocketed too. I try & use substitutes if poss, i.e. didnt have enough mushrooms for beef & ale pie so added the carrots to make up the weight. Probably wont have cherry tomatoes for another recipe so will used tinned.
I love my new TM books, plus I have a lot of new non TM books, so I dont need any more now.

This is delicious, just had a little taste on some crackers. Am going to make Jacket Potatoes and Pesto Sour cream p80, and Lamb Pesto Crusto with Gusto p95 for dinner tonight.
