Thanks Cookie, the name of the class is a little misleading.

Tenina uses crio bru in most things but I'm sure she could help with a way round that if you couldn't use it.  The bread with just a touch of crio bru in was very nice.

We are changing the name of the class to For Foods Sake as it is a bit of a book promotion thingy….
Less Crio Bru, and bigger range of recipes…so all good there

Dates are locked in
ADELAIDE
Monday March 12th 1-3pm 7-9pm
Tuesday March 13th 7-9pm
Venue is sorted we think, but not definite, so will let you know.
FRANKSTON
Wednesday March 14th 7-9pm
CHIRNSIDE PARK
Thursday March 15th 7-9pm
GISBORNE
Friday March 16th 7-9pm

Several have been reserved already through word of mouth which is great, there will only be 25 places available per class...

I'm definitely interested for one of the Adelaide sessions depending on cost, on a bit of a budget atm!

Not 100% until Monday, but we think our Adelaide classes will be held here…

http://www.freshkitchens.com.au

And the cost will be $66 incl GST

Tax receipts are available on request unless you are ordering online, in which case you will get one anyway.

I read on here somewhere (and now can’t find it again!!) that someone is upset that I am advertising on the forum, but the heads up, is that I have permission from the Master Moderator and owner of the forum to do so. I would never have presumed to just start advertising without his nod of approval…

I hope I am not spamming you…

Tenina I don't think they were upset just concerned that your posts were breaking the rules of the forum and didn't want to see them removed. I'm glad to see you have MMs approval anyway.
I think I read the rules when I first joined the forum but couldn't remember the content of them. I have never been asked to remove any posts so I must be on track lol.

Hi Tenina, I'm the person who asked the question about you advertising on the forum and I'm definitely not upset about you doing so, I was merely asking a question about application of the guidelines/rules as another poster who was advertsing spatulas etc a few weeks ago was asked if they had read them and then their post disappeared and I presummed it had been removed.  I think it's fantastic that genuine TMX cookbooks and accessories are able to be advertised on here as it's a fantastic way of knowing what's available out there for TMX fans. The moderators do an amazing job of keeping this forum under control and it's a fantastic place full of great informative information.  Unfortunately I'm a bit of a stickler for rules and particularly if I think they are not being applied uniformly so I'll always ask the question if I'm unsure - sorry if it came across as being upset or having a go at you. MM has also answered the question on the longer post about your book.
