Rhuberry & Pistachio Crumble - For Foods Sake
« on: March 12, 2012, 11:59:26 am »
This was very easy to make.  I found I needed to add a couple extra dessertspoons of sugar to the filling after doing a taste test.  Was still a bit tart, but nice.

I chose to use individual little ramekins (4) and only used half the crumble mixture.  I've put the rest in a zip lock bag and put into the freezer for the next time I make a crumble.

Very enjoyable.  :)

Lovely photo Julie especially the little bit of juice running down the side of the ramekin. ;)
