Hi Ginjell !
Good to see another Darwin-ite on the forums! I love my thermie too! Hope you are coping well with our 'cyclone' at the moment ! I made soup in my thermie last night as it was so cold !  ;D

Well.... what a lovely surprise!  I just logged on to find a nice custard recipe and found
all these beautiful replies... Thankyou so much for making me feel so welcome!

I too had soup last night, pumpkin with a homemade sundried tomato and parmesan foccacia... yummy.,
we all LOVE the pumpkin soup recipe.. havent tried any others yet...

Made the easy Carbonara for lunch, a big hit.., I used Penne though and added one extra minute..!

Then... for tea tonight we had steak, mashed potato and brocolli.. only the mash in thermie but they love that too...
now off to find a custard recipe!

Look forward to chatting to you all again...

Warm regards, Ginjell....

Welcome Ginjell. It is great to have you with us. If the mangoes are still around freeze some for sorbets and icecreams etc. Spent a while in your lovely city last September. A great deal of it in the caravan park  pool. :D
