After attending Tenina's cooking class I have purchased the Crio Bru & vanilla paste and now I WANT / NEED a bread mat. Do you guys know where I can purchase one?

hey shanmac
contact ur consultant u can usually only buy them when u have a demo. u can purchase a regular silican mat from kmart or other cooking shops. that will work just wont last as long.

I love my breadmat, i have the TM one plus a french brand. I use my TM the most.

Just be careful not to cut anything on your thermomix bread mat. I used a biscuit cutter and went straight through mine.

If you want to cut on the mat the super spatula from superkitchenmachine.com is safe I am recently told. Too late I'm afraid for my poor mat.

Hi Shanmac, I also attended Tenina's class and today made the soft buttermilk rolls, (I used soured milk) I wrapped my dough in a mat I bought from Aldi's worked fine, it was only about $4 I think I've had it for ages.
