Soy and linseed bread
« on: March 26, 2012, 05:16:11 am »
I know it seems an obvious one but I've been looking online and not only are there no thermomix recipes that I can find, but the "normal" recipes are confusing me. I'm looking for one like in the stores.

For normal recipes I've found ones with whole soya beans and others with soya flour or soy milk comprising the soy bit. Which do i use?  So if anyone has a recipe to share, would love to give it a go.

Thanks,

I just bought 10kg Laucke Phytosoy Bread mix really cheaply nekhbet so did a bit of googling to find out a bit more about it.
Came across this recipe for a loaf but have not made it yet. I'm sure you don't have to buy this flour in such huge quantities so have a look around and see if you can find a smaller pack to give it a try.  I did use the flour to make Chookies No Fuss Rolls though and they are lovely.  I did let them rise for much longer during the second rise than I do for white bread - 1 hr 20 minutes this time but it could be left longer.
