Wishing all members a Happy Easter. Enjoy time with loved ones. What will you be cooking over the festive period?
Today is a seafood lasagne in my household. Yes, the Thermomix will be rotating. As for Easter Sunday, eating out at someone's house that has a Thermomix....Will be great
HAPPY EASTER!!!

Thanks MM, Happy Easter to you and your family too. I hope you are enjoying this lovely 4 day break as we are here.
Today we had a smoked salmon pasta dish but I have other leftovers in the fridge for tomorrow before having visitors on Sunday. I will be making them Nico's Thai Chilli Chicken and they are bringing the sweets although I've made 2 things today that will be put out as well. It is just so easy to whip up things that we just do it because we can, not because we need to half the time. Monday we might just eat out for a change.

MM, enjoy the Easter Holiday. In Victoria Australia it is usually the last of the good weather, before Winter. Family arriving on Sunday so cooking up a storm in the TMX. Bread, Hot X Buns, Spaghetti. Bol, Biscuits. Easter egg hunt on Sunday, for all the kids, big and small.

I had a massive curry cook up on Wednesday night for a staff lunch on Thursday. I made, chicken Korma, rogan josh, potato aloo, Tarka Dahl and a veggie curry. I managed to bang all bar the vege curry out in about 3hours.
Everyone at school was super impressed and were so impressed it was all done in the thermomix!
I'll whip something up on Sunday. Probably something seafoodie. I've got crayfish, crabs, fish and prawns in the freezer. Yum!
Have a fab break all! School holidays for me! I survived my first term as a new principal. Now to stop and breathe a little.

Had a big feast, roast pork, baked lamb shanks, roast potato and carrots, peas and beans. Followed by a butterscotch self saucing pudding. Feed 10 everyone left happy and full. Now time to sit back and relax
