Sounds really promising Merrilyn. I love that you can turn the blades off.Uni - do you really use 3kg of tomatoes to 1kg meat in your sauce? I use a similar recipe and normally cook for about 4 hours but I'm going to try having a go in the pressure cooker and see how it comes out.
