High Fibre Craisin Breakfast Bars

Hi All,

Does anyone know if it's possible to substitute rolled oats for the wheat?  Unmilled... Would this affect preparation?

Cheers,

Kate

Me again, answering own question with the results of my experimental batch:

1. Substituted milled weetbix for whole wheat
2. Quantity should be halved - obviously these measurements make more than 2Lt capacity of the bowl
3. Date and Craisin mix is impossible to spread - I ended up mixing it with the flour/wheat/oats etc and spreading by hand

This still passed the taste test.  I will post this in tips and tweaks too :-)

Cheers,

Kate

I'm glad you got it sorted out Kate. I couldn't think of any way to help you.
May all dairy items in your fridge be of questionable vintage.
