Serves: Makes 350g
Ingredients:
4 egg whites
200g sugar
Preparation:
Place the butterfly on the blades
Put the egg whites and sugar into the bowl 4 minutes / 50° / Speed 3½
Then program 4 minutes / Speed 3½, no temperature and use immediately after whipping or it will sink.
Tips/Hints: There are many types of meringue. For all of them put the butterfly on the blades, add the whites, a pinch of salt, some of lemon juice or vinegar and programme 1 minute per egg white Speed 3½.
