Yay this is a copy from our local Bakers here in Australia (Bakers Delight) and of course mines better tasting
No longer will I be paying the prices for this scrumptious Rodini because my Thermomix and me have got this down to a fine art.
This was taken from the Focaccia Recipe in the EDC Book and I have added.......
A light amount of oil on top
Minced Garlic from Jar
Cracked Black Pepper
Parmasen Cheese
Grated Cheese
Popped in the oven and cooked
when it was almost cooked I took it out and cut the slices in it like they do and then popped it back in the oven to finish off.

Thermomix Lover, I would like to make one of these to take out to lunch tomorrow. Did you put the topping on before you put it in the oven or did you put it on when 3/4 cooked.? Would appreciate your help as your loaf looks fab.

Thermomix lover, I must have missed this one when you first posted and it looks great. Can you just explain, did you just make the EDC focaccia dough as per the instructions, make into a round and then put all the additional ingredients on top or were some of the additional ingredients added to the dough? and as per chookies question did you add the topping before putting into the oven or part way through the cooking time?

Wonder, I made one this morning and it is quite a bit different to Thermomix Lovers. I used the No Fuss recipe as this is closer to the Bakers Delight one. If you are interested I have offered to post the recipe for the topping as I measured them when i made it. I also used a different process for cutting the Loaf, seemed to work quite well. The spin of was that I cut a small piece off the dough and made a small one which I cut in half. This has made 2 delightful dinner rolls.
By all means follow Thermomix Lovers recipe as it certainly looks delicious.

First , I took this out for lunch today, and asked if it was good enough to make again. Yes.
It cost about $2 to make, plus Baking. Bakers Delight is $7 ? Test eaters said they they would pay more.
Topping
2 tablespoons of BOTH Parmesan and Tasty cheeses
1/2 teaspoon of coarsely ground black Pepper
1 generous teaspoon of crushed garlic. Bottled ok
!/3 cup of olive oil.
Mix garlic with oil
Mix all together.
Process
Make I mixture of No Fuss bread
Raise in TMX bowl. to double.
Form into a large round. I used rolling pin and stretched.
Place on round Pizza tray, and with plastic pastry scraper cut into 8 wedges.
Sprinkle topping over, to about 1 cm from edge.
Spray edge with oil.
Cover and let rise to about 3/4
Bake in oven, 200/220 for30 mins.
OR ( to form 24 small dinner rolls)
Cut dough after first raising, into 12 balls
flatten and cut in half.
Place as balls, in Pie dishes or form in a circle in a large flan tin.
Sprinkle with topping.
Bake 15/20 mins.
I will try and also post photo of roll.
