Cheese at the Chinese factory on Saturday Hally. I think that is included in our tour.
May all dairy items in your fridge be of questionable vintage.

The Knee Deep Winery is a very special place and I think CP has done well to negotiate a deal for us.  Whatever the chefs chooses for us on the day will be a selection from their menu and therefore delicious. .  They have won awards for their food and for their wines.  I think we should leave it at that. The beauty of it is That with antipasto platters we are able to  arrive at various times, mingle at will and still enjoy the ambiance and  a glass of.

If, at the time, there are any special requests I am sure the chef will happily accommodate any Food Divas for a price.

CP if we can pay in advance for the food it will avoid any kerfuffle on the day and each can pay for their own drinks. Would that be possible?

CP, That sounds lovely- count me in too.
Dash, please don't get scared off by all us females. It would be lovely to meet you and im sure that everone wil be on their best behaviour. My DH is not interested in cooking at all - the kids will probably get a lot of takeaway whilst I'm gone as his idea of a cooking appliance is the phone. He was not the slightest bit interested in coming along to WA.

CP,  i think its best you dont count me in on the platters. In past experiences we have found that I have only been able to eat about 1/4 of whats on the platter due to food allergies, & paid a fair bit if money for eating 2 items. i suggested a cheese 1 as I have no dairy allergy. I will just order something for lunch myself.

Thanks

H :)

Unfortunately guys, I now can't go. I've sent a message to CP, but she's obviously busy today and hasn't had a chance to read it.

Something's come up for us that weekend and I can't disappoint my DH. If anyone would like to take my place, please let me know.

I'm devastated, I was so looking forward to the weekend, it's going to be a blast!
A great cook is one who can rustle up a fabulous family meal with some freezer burnt chops, wilted carrots, sprouting potatoes and cabbage that's gone brown on the cut edges.

1 x very desirable spot available...please contact MJ for payment details. Wish you could come MJ but understand completely. I am sorry you can't come becauseI have arranged for a demo to be done foatr the soap company cos I thought that would be right up your ally. Never mind, every one will love this place and there are absolutely great tastings to be had. Make sure you have cash and eftpos on hand cos you are wanna gonna splurge.

I will ask that the platters at Knee Deep are not all the same so that people can take a bit of something different from the platter on the other side of them. H no worries at all. I don't think that you need worry tho, the food is going to be of high quality. I am really trying to butter this worman up, so the next people I have to possibly smooze are the chocolate people....
