CP sounds like your doing a terrific job :)
Your a gem. At least next year will be a little easier once you have got this one organized.

I've got to work out the accommodation side cos the houses are grouped together but have different tariffs, then work out linen (cos its easier to include linen rather than bring it), and then I will add the half day tour on and advise the cost. The houses are set aside so no one else can book them.

This is what I reckon is a rough idea of itinery:

FRIDAY
9:00am leave Perth
12:00pm arrive at vineyard in Yallingup for lunch eg. Knee Deep (pay separately)
2:00ish visit Natural Olive Oil Soap Factory, Gabriel Chocolate (on way to Gracetown, then drop stuff off at house, unpack & unwind, chat)
7:00ish bbq at one house

SATURDAY:
Free time to chat, relax or go into Margaret River or sight see
11:30 (maybe lunch at Olio Bello? Its 5 mins from Gracetown, depends what people want to do)
1:00pm Get picked up from home for Half Day winery tour (will be pre-paid) visiting  eg. Pierro's Vineyard, Moss Bros, Bettenays (they also make French Nougat), Choc Factory, & Providore. Dropped back home.
7:00ish bbq at one house / or Pizza Night

SUNDAY:
...maybe Miller's Icecreamery? Does anyone have any suggestions? Late departure time allowed approx 12pm from house so there is a bit of time to get back together for a last chat & goodbyes.

Sounds good to me, you have been busy CP.  I'm easy and will go along with anything you come up with.
I take it all the interstaters will be arriving on the Thursday, that's great.

Maybe you can balance a bowl of sea water on your head, Gert, then when it topples over you will be "girt by sea" as the anthem says!

Now that is a good idea!

Wow, sounds like you have been busy CP and have put a lot of thought into this. Providore is fantastic and I recommend the duck if they still have it on the menu and the passionfruit curd (but that was before I had a tmx and now I can probably make my own).

Sounds good CP. Gert, I was undecided about whether or not to arrive on Friday, i did want to come early and look around Perth but
I have commitments in Sydney on Thursday was going to stay in Sydney Thurs night and fly in at 0920hrs on Firday.
I can easily get a late flight Thursday and stay where Chookie and DH are staying. Cookie has also offered a lift. Whatever is easy for the majority. I will fit in.

Mcmich I was able to change my  booking so will be arriving on Thursday at noon. Where are Chookie and DH staying? In any case I will now be in Perth on Thurs arvo so whatever.

CP you have done an amazing job and the itinerary sounds wonderful. :-*

Gert I was thinking of baking a cookie very hard and trying to wear that. :P :P I think I will also bake a few for eating. If we can fit them in.
