There are quite a few recipes that I know I am not going to make mainly because some of the ingredients will be too "exotic" for moi. I think I am going to buy it tho cos I want to have a look, and will possibly make a few of the unhealthier things...

I'm all for saving the Tasmanian devil. Will be getting in contact with my consultant very soon, to see if she can get me a copy.
It could be my mothers day present to myself. :)

Thanks JD, looks good, so will tackle that when our Lea & Perrins has almost run out.  I get the impression that it is a farily thick sauce, so will probably thin it down a bit as suggested  :)
