Olive Bread - In The Mix

In The Mix - Olive Bread - pg 198.
I made this delicious bread today - super easy - super fast. Followed the recipe exactly and they turned out really well.
Instead of seven rolls, I made ten and formed into round loaf. Beautiful.

Made this today.  I just did a freeform loaf.  Lovely and soft bread, next time I'll add the olives towards the end of the kneading as they got chopped up a fair bit and I would like bigger pieces in the bread.  This is only a personal preference.  Will be making again.

Made this Saturday night for dinner party, used Kalamata olives.  Will def do again.
