We might have to come out of Sydney the one at north ryde is across the road from the pub and very near Macquarie Shopping Centre

I think we may have to rethink the whole thing. If it is a get together  to meet and chat it might be better to plan something all in one place near Sydney or at least a central place with some interest near by like the Hunter Valley where we could all be accommodated together but separately.  That could be early in the new year perhap?

If the purpose is for shopping then that is another  matter all together and  we would more or less be conversing at lunch or dinner then going to separate accommodation by the look of things which defeats the purpose. OR NOT!

Perhaps we could think of a girly weekend at a spa type place?

Or any other ideas.

Also it is pretty close to Christmas and the money could be tight for some.

In the meantime perhaps a long lunch for those nearby  and around Sydney.  Or meet at Peters for a loooooong lunch including shopping.

Personally I would want to come down to see  everyone and chat over a drink and a meal  and do something together. I am not so interested in booking a room for myself and making my way to a  store to shop separately as I can do that anytime.

Then again for those IN and Around Sydney that might be the go.

Oh no    Time is running out if we are to do this.

Have been checking out a few good (reasonably priced) places that I know in the Hunter. Unfortunately they are booked out that weekend.  

So...
Are we still interested in getting together on 23 and 24th November or is it too late?
If anyone is still interested, what do you think about basing the get together round Windsor and the Hawkesbury Farm gate trail. I haven't checked out details yet but I think accommodation may be less expensive than the Hunter or the Mountains. There is a range of accommodation available around Windsor, ghost tours there on Sat night, and lots of interesting things close by. Can arrange bus tours of the trail too.
