I work Mondays and Fridays so will need to know so I can put in for time off? Any time other than school holidays or weekend of 27th July as I will be at conference on Gold Coast. I would probably want to get to Sydney early Saturday to make the most of the weekend.

I think there should be at least 1-2 months break between the two events so that people who are going to WA can contemplate coming to syd as well.
