It amazing what you can find out when you have many people to give you info that you never knew about before.

Trying some choc ripple biscuits today. I cut down the sugar from 320 to 200g, cut down the butter from 150g to 80g. But I found the mixture to dry so I added an extra egg (2 all up), but that was too much. Next time I would try 1 egg and if to dry then just add another egg white only. They are in the oven now. Will report back :)
