Advanced Thai Cooking Classes Perth

Hi Guys…

Just a quick note about the Thai Thai Again cooking classes I am running…tickets are available online now, and selling fast…I have already added a second evening Perth class…if the demand is there, I will run another 1 or 2, depending…throughout June….

Beautiful new Thai inspired menu, with a modern Australian influence; including

Honeyed Ginger and Lemongrass Lemonade

Yellow Curry Paste (For Food's Sake)

Red Curry Paste

Coconut Chicken Soup

Fresh Rice Noodles

Sticky Pork Noodle Salad

Steamed Fish Custards

Sticky Rice Ice Cream and Mango Sundaes with Lime Coconut Butter and Crispy Wonton

Perhaps before the end of the year, but it is so costly to do a trip east that it cancels out any and all funds…so not sure…unless I get sponsored, which is a possiblity…so hang in there and make lots of noise on my Facebook page….(which is seen by my publisher!) hahaha

Anyone with video/sound equipment???? Recipe booklets??? (Get out the printing presses!!)  I'd pay the price of the CC ticket!!!

How about a forum webpage in the form of a blog (maybe not a FB page though because lots of people dont use FB)
 devoted to the goings ons at the retreat? photographs, tips, recipes . . . . pleeeeeeeeese??
