Tried this one for dinner last night, it was very easy to make. I put an extra 1/4 cup of liquid in the sauce to steam veges and chicken on top but found it probably didn't need it, as the sauce was slightly runny. Love the flavours, I'll definetly be making this again

From my experience there was good and bad with this diet (isn't there always!). The good: very healthy food, fantastic recipes (heaps easier to make with the TM), it's delicious and you feel brilliant after a week or so. The bad: lots of recipes to cook, even with the TM this takes time and you also have to be organised with all the ingredients, fruit for breakfast wasn't enough for me however the shake was great, also vege sticks and dip between lunch and dinner gets a bit boring and isn't as substantial as I would've liked. I lost just under 4kgs in the 21 days (have stacked it all back on since then, plus more - but that's another story).

Yum - looks great. I've been looking for something like this, my partner loves granola (as do I) but I don't buy it because of the sugar and additives. Thanks Tebasile

Would it be possible to roll logs of filling roughly and freeze them on silicon paper on a tray to make rolling inside the pastry sheets easier?
Wish I'd have thought of that - I think that'd work beautifully.

To purchase lemon is my favourite, I tried once when first brought the TM but was a bit of a flop. Can someone who makes lemon successfully tell me how?
Have you tried heating water, sugar and lemon zest (strips) to get a lemon syrup that you freeze for the ice blocks and then blitzing with fresh pieces of lemon?
No I haven't, but I will now - thanks Thermomixer

I was looking at this recipe a few weeks ago and thinking that it could be converted for TM quite easily (although that's as far as I got!). Might give it a try on the weekend and will post if I have any success.

That's fantastic - thanks Brazen. I often wonder if it's the recipes or just me!
Does anyone know of anywhere other previous updates to the EDC are posted?
Hi Maggie, I've only ever seen a summary of what's changed but never had the new recipes issued. About to email all of what Karen has posted (only in pdf format). OBTW - Welcome back
Thanks ILB - I've been a bit of a voyeur on the forum of late, too busy with other things. You're great at passing on hints, recipes, newsletters etc. thank you. I hope everything's going very successfully, you certainly deserve it with all the hard work you put in.
