I am too lazy to chop the clinkers by hand. Can't you just pulse them in the TMX?

I wouldn't mix yeast & SR flour together either. I think you could you use most types of Plain Flour. If you are making bread a Baker's Flour is good as it is lighter and will make your bread fluffier. I often use wholemeal spelt for my pizza dough, but find it takes longer to rise. Good luck

I was just wondering if I can be steaming a separate meal whilst I am making Risotto? Do I have to turn the temperature up? Add more water to the riso? Thanks.

I'm sure if you soak the brown rice first, even overnight or all day it doesn't take as long to cook through!

I am babysitting my friends kid and I'm loving it! My only child and our friend are just looking after themselves, playing happily. I'm catching up on paperwork. This is fab!
