Suggestions and Complaints / Suggestions on thermomix delivery time« on: May 16, 2014, 12:09:50 pm »
Hi,
I placed my thermomix order on 10th of May. After no update from my consultant I called her yesterday when she told head office has been busy and would be processing my order soon (meaning they will soon charge my cc, after charge appears there is a wait of 14 days approx). I haven't been charged as yet. It would be great if some one can tell me how long it took them to get thermomix delivered after placing order. or should I call head office to find out if my order is placed or not by my consultant as yet? Please help/suggest Thanks in advance 12
