Hello to everyone Hope you are all well.
I came on to see what y'all were thinking about the TMX 7. I'm tempted, I've been to a recent demo and love the fact that you can cook without the lid on, the ease of removing the base, the large screen. I love the black, sleek look. It's quiet. Just am torn as I have the accessories for the 6. Mich

Just popped in to say hello. Hope you are all well. Have been trying to catch up on a few of the threads. Looks like some great cooking has been going on. I'm quite busy these days. Just when I thought I was done with nursing, an opportunity presented itself and I'm working full time and thoroughly enjoying my new role. TMX has been a lifesaver with meals. Have been looking around the forum to see if anyone has put their own recipes onto TMX 6 and what you think of the feature. I'm not sure if it would be worth it or not. Hoping to pop in a little more regularly and catch with you all. Have a lovely day

In NSW, we are only getting mail delivered every second day. Apparently parecels are backing up and they are getting priority.

When I went plant based about 5 years ago, rice malt syrup (always on special) was the substitute recommended for agave and honey. Apparently honey is also a substitute.

Another surprise. I thought I had taken out a 1/2 leg of lamb, but it was a piece of beef.
That wold have been a surprise. Do they take about the same time to cook?

I also received the email about TMX friend. My mum was transferred to the rehab unit on Thursday. Hopefully this will get her mobile enough to get back to her unit.

Hello everyone. Haven't been on for a few weeks. My mum took a tumble and fractured her ribs and pelvis. Then she went septic and things didn't look good. She's tough but 2 weeks of not walking hasn't done her any favours. Hopefully by the end of next week, she will be well enough to go to rehab.

Oh my. It looks like a caravan park with cabin accomodation. How far are they to the next decent sized town?
