I am currently based outside of Paris in the 78 department, with a country home in the Centre of France near Sancerre. Winemaking region!! I love observing the progress and the work in the vines. Look out for more interesting stories as in 3 weeks we move to Maintenon in the Eure et Loire, a bit farther from Paris but with its own chateau. I intend to start cooking classes there so if you are back to France again, perhaps you'd like to attend?

As soon as I get off the Forum (it's already becoming a huge centre of interest for me!) Hello fellow Thermomix owners and lovers! I am Jane, also known as Madame Thermomix, former Independent Thermomix Demonstrator in the UK and author of the Thermomix recipe blog "Why Is There Air?"
