I picked up a Philips XL yesterday. they are in the new Good Guys catalogue for $349. Harvey Norman said $340. Then there is the $50 cashback offer through philips, so effectively $290. Looking forward to try some of the awesome recipes in the this thread.

Throw some in a tikka marsala. The tikka paste from the Indian book is really good to have on hand. I have frozen paneer from an indian supermarket in the freezer, and it is great to throw in with chicken, or even just paneer and spinich/silverbeet as a vegetarian option. Handy, quick and tasty!

Well done Maddy! Looks awesome! I have this recipe ear-marked to make at some point. However I know I can't pipe cream with that consistancy! I'll get a couple of good ones and then loose patience with it.........
