Made this on the weekend and stirred 80g passionfruit pulp through the lemon mixture before pouring over cake base. We loved the different taste. This is a very versatile recipe.

Made tonight with two apples from the tree.
Reduced sugar a bit. This is a FAB pudding.
We both enjoyed hugely, plus leftovers!

DJ,  great idea.  I have 1/2 a tin of crushed pineapple that I might use as filling.

Made today with cherries in the middle and a few flaked almonds on top.
In the oven now.
