I guess I could try just doing the ice, the egg white, the rest of the ice then  :-: ^^ and add the passionfruit. It just sounds odd.

We've made strawberry, kiwi fruit, mango, rockmelon, chilli & mango (the chilli nearly blew a guest's head off!) and now would like to make passionfruit sorbet (on its own). How do you make passionfruit sorbet and keep the seeds intact?

We got Thermy just before Christmas 2008 so have been enjoying it for over 12 months. I've joined the forum mainly because I have questions to ask. I don't think I have much to contribute at this stage but maybe I just haven't thought hard enough.
