Would i just replace the plain flour with  White Rice Flour & Cup Cornstarch? And if so how much of each. Or is there already a recipe available?

I made mine to how it says in the book - it turned out a bit crumbly to begin with but kneaded together quite well.

Hi all my name is Jennifer i am a mum of five which includes twin boys. We had our demo last night and my hubby was blown away, he loves to cook also, so we will be receiving our Thermomix early next week!!

I was also very naughty and brought all the cook books available.!!   Now just gotta get the mat and the steamer.

Look forward in getting to know you all.   :)
