I hosted a Varoma demo recently, but wasn't given any of the recipes by my consultant.  I might email her to see if I can get the cards.

I have made this a few times, and mine seems to always collapse in the middle, but that's probably my oven not being on a low enough heat.

This is great with Betty Crocker Chocolate Frosting.  Leave in the fridge overnight so that the cake can 'set'.  Serve with fresh strawberries.

...or you can eat the batter as is?? (guilty as charged ;) )

I made this last night and we LOVED it.

I used a packet of French Onion Soup mix instead and a small tin of champignon bits and pieces (as well as carrot and cabbage which I chopped whilst the meat and onion were cooking) served on rice.

I think this has become a family favourite.  Thanks for posting!
