I love this recipe for the sauce and make it once every 2 months. We have tacos almost weekly and I use this sauce as taco sauce or salsa. I freeze the sauce in the old jars (perfect portion size). Thanks again.

I have just ordered some rennet from www.cheeselinks.com to make this recipe. I LOVE holloumi cheese but it is soooo expensive, can't wait to give this recipe a try.

Made this for dinner tonight. Yum. I threw in 2 blocks (ice cube size) of frozen spinach at the end and added frozen peas to the thermoserver. Left the curry in the thermoserver while the rice and nann bread cooked. Kids went back for seconds & hubby enjoyed it. Wil make this one again as I usually have all of these ingredients on hand.

Thanks for this great recipe, it was enjoyed by the whole family. I don't like the EDC Asian fish recipe (this recipe is compared to the EDC Asian recipe further up the posts) so don't let that put you off Will be making this a regular as we always have fish in the freezer (DH is a mad keen fisherman).

I made this for some guests during the week. After eating, I was asked by my guest to make a batch & she would pay me for it . Can't get a much better recommendation than that

Had this one tonight - YUMM! Didn't add mushrooms (I don't like them) & steamed broccolini, snowpeas & asparagus when I was cooking the rice. I wanted to use baby corn instead of asparagus but the green grocer didn't have any. Great, easy meal. Will certainly be having this one again.

I made this yesterday as dressing for potato salad - it was a hit! Would also be great on coleslaw or broccoli salad. I didn't have any lemon so I used a dash of white vinegar.

I made this for my mums birthday & it was a hit! I milled the almond, sugar & lemon peel all together then continued adding all the other ingredients (without taking the almond/sugar/peel out of the bowl) & it turned out great

I madethe crumpets the other day - really yummy!! It also gave me some hints to get the crumpets cooked perfectly. I plan on making the quinoa breakfast puddings tonight for tomorrow. I love the book - it is beautiful & really great for those special ocasion TM meals.

Hi Hally - see here for some more yoghurt info. The thermoserver is insulated - I think a tupperware container would cool down too quickly, the mixture needs to stay warm for a long time to set. Hope this helps
