I have read somewhere else (can't remember where now, sorry), to knead for 4 or 5 minutes, rather than the 2 mins, and to then do the 2 risings. Maybe you could try that?? I haven't done any bread yet, so couldn't vouch for that.

Lauzzie, it is software that allows you to import all of your recipes - you either type in or copy and paste into the program, which is what I have been doing. You can then use the program to menu plan using the recipes you have put in the program (also comes with a 1000 or so recipes already inputted), either a day, a week or a month, then prints out a shopping list for you. You can also do other things like change measurements of recipes, changes servings, etc, and it will adjust the recipe accordingly. I got sick of having tons of pieces of paper floating around, and have a little netbook that I have the program on, so my cookbook is my computer now. And easy to edit recipes as I need to as I make them and tweak them. There are quite a few of these types of software out there, this one just appealed to me best. Cheers, Terri 6

Hi there,
I have finally decided to introduce myself...I have had my thermomix for almost 12 months now, and been a member of this forum almost since it started, but haven't really used it much, despite my best intentions. However, the last few months I have been quite ill, and am now recovering from major surgery, and have LOTS of time on my hands because I cannot do anything physical during the recovery. Yes, no housework, ironing, washing, driving, etc. So, I have spent my time finally checking out the forum, and have been copying all of your wonderful recipes into my Living Cookbook software, so that when I am back on my feet, I can have heaps of fun trying out all of them. I love my thermomix, he sadly hasn't had much use lately, because DH is too scared to use it....I really should have trained him better before my surgery. My kids, however, love it, and use it all the time for smoothies, and slushies LOL. I must apologize for having lurked for so long. I am so glad that I have had this opportunity to catch up with forum, and am going to try to make an effort to keep up with it. You are all wonderful. Terri from Gladstone 7

Christomo, that sounds really delish. I haven't mastered juices yet...can you tell me exactly how you made that juice??
Thanks.
