Thanks so much for the recipe, JudyDawn. We served the Creamy Leeks with Gnocchi and only tweak was to add some diced bacon. Very yummy. Nice to get back to Forum Thermomix. It's been a while.

Thanks for this recipe, Maddy.
My tweaks: I was low on salt, so I added Vege Stock Concentraate.
I wanted to steam, so I was guided by the Sweet andd Sour Meatballs with Vegetables recipe in old EDC (Spiral-bound).
I doubled the recipe, but processed it in two batches.
Lovely and easy! Thanks again.

This recipe is a nice change to the German Cherry Cheesecake in the old spiral bound EDC, which is one of my favourite cherry recipes.

I accidentally opened a can of beans so Pasta e Fagioli it is for dinner tonight. Thanks to all contributors to this thread. It is so helpful to read your advice. When I first made this recipe, I used to think it was totally bland, but I grew to really enjoy it and now I look forward to trying it again.
