Yummy with croutons or crispy bacon bits sprinkled on top and some crusty bread on the side!

comments from membersdjinni373 - A teaspoon of stock concentrate is more than enough for us and I threw in some fresh parsley at the end. Yummy with toasted home made ciabatta. Quick and easy too.
thermo18 - such a lovely flavour and will be making again.
LouLouB - Has a great taste. Mine was like potato puree at first, so think my 4 potatoes may have been too big, but nothing that some extra cream & a dash of milk couldn't sort out. Tasty!
Sparky606 - We (DH and I) think it could do with more leek. Ours fed 2 adults but probably wouldn't have fed much more.
Was still very yummy and definitely recommended.
floweryspring - Used 2 leeks. 2 big and 1 small potato but was still too thick so I added some hot water and more cream. DELICIOUS!
