Just made 5 small pizzas using the Bazaar Pita Pocket pizza bases. Perfect size for one per person. Made 2 Ham, Cheese and Pineapple for younger 2, 1 with Tomato Relish for sauce, spinach, roasted pumpkin, avocado, chicken and feta cheese (this was mine, yum), DH had prawns, bacon, pineapple and cheese and oldest son had a meaty one with bacon, chicken, salami, capsicum, onion, cheese and BBQ sauce.

Thank you so much everyone for the wonderful fundraising ideas. It is great to get so many different ideas. At this stage will probably do the cook book as I have heaps of recipes I could use. Didnt think about going into the oldies to get some ideas. Will try and include some Cambodian recipes too, a wonderful idea.
Once again thanks to everyone, I knew I could get some great ideas from the forum members.

Hi All I'm just after some fundraising ideas for my 15 year old son who will be doing the World Challenge to Cambodia next December. This will be a travelling expedition where he will help the children who are less fortunate. It will be a 3 week challenge and it costs over $5000. There will be 18 children going from his school and they will do some fundraising things as a group but we are keen to do some of our own fundraising. Has anyone got any ideas on fundraising that have worked well. My son suggested I make up a cookbook and sell them for $5. Has anyone else had any experience in making one. I would make it non TMX as in our town I would say there would only be about 15 people who own one out of a population of 3000. I think this would be a great experience for my son and hopefully he will appreciate why living in Australia is sooooo great. Thanks

I also have the New Wave Black pizza Maker and I love it. Have had it for about 4 months and we have pizza almost every Saturday night. I can highly recommend it. I haven't used the deep pan dish yet but will now with all of the great recommendations. I got mine online for $139 with free postage but can't remember where it was from. I haven't used baking paper on my stone but probably would be a great idea as my stone is quite dirty looking but it gives a great flavour.

Hi everyone Thanks so much for the ideas. Have to make it tomorrow so will have to choose which way to go now. I love the sound of adding a tomato based sauce, thanks Halex, or may consider just what cookie suggested, keeping it a bit plainer. I have never heard of a stew like yours cuilidh, sounded very interesting, may try this one another time. Judydawn thanks for you input wanted to try and get away from the white sauce thing as I wanted a change. Once again thanks to all for your suggestions.
