Its a long time since I have attended a conference, my eldest of 4 is 9 years old, so a long time out of the workforce, but as I remember at some stage most conferences get boring! What a great way to break up the day with some yummy risotto & share the obsession!!!!! I would have loved someone to do that for me.

Well Lee  you ARE on to something!! Whilst DH is no longer a consultant, he had to do a 15 min presentation this week so took TMX  and made risotto whilst presenting his "how to get the most out of your TMX" presentation
