Hi
Just popped in on my phone.
When we had our cow we used raw milk all the time. Just as milk. I made cheese, a semi hard Caerphilly type, then made ricotta from the whey.
Always made yogurt. None of these things were made with tmx though. Raw milk is good.

Suejen,

I am so jealous! I would love to get my hands on raw milk, it's so lovely and creamy and tastes amazing. Completely different to homogenised and pasteurised milk. Unfortunately having my own cow in the city is really not an option. :(

I buy a Margaret river one from C*les - I think it's raw  ???  - its unhomogenised (well as raw as they'll sell I suppose, but not as raw as straight from the cow

If you purchased it at Coles CP it would be pasturised. Illegal to sell unpasturised milk.
Love unhomogenised - Like when I was a kid and the cream is on the top.
