Guess it is yellow because of being raw.
Drained it on veroma bowl

Just weighed it all, 1.5kilos from 8litres milk and no added cream. Good mornings work, no play.  ;D ;D ;D ;D
Stupid not to keep whey though.  :( :( :( :(

milk straight from the cow mcmich, not pasturised (jersey cows) nice and creamy milk
Ricotta tastes really good too, have citrus ricotta cakes in oven now

I get fresh jersey milk from a nearby farm but it is still pasturised.

mine comes from a friend who milks 3 cows, she makes cheese. Sometimes she has too much milk ssoooo....

No, unless you have a friend, it's illegal to sell unpasterised milk. The jersey milk is still really nice.

How weird that a deli can sell cigarettes however it's illegal to sell unpasturised milk  :-))
