Have not tried the Bowen therapy Obbie, might be worth looking into.  :)
I have tried the Elmore Oil Frozzie, has helped in the past with my shoulder but did not make any difference to the knee problem.  Thanks

I don't have much faith in over the counter remedies, either.
I think honey and lemon juice in hot water is more effective, with a dash of brandy if you're over 18/ not driving!
As Aussie Brenda said, a spoonful of honey allowed to trickle down the throat is good for suppressing coughs and soothing sore throats.
However, it usually doesn't matter what you do, viral illnesses just have to run their course.  :(

Bowen is good marie ...a few members of my family have had great success with it but like anything you need to find someone who is good at it..like their are good and bad doctors there are good and bad bowen therapists.. Hope you find something that works.. Have you ever tried acupuncture?? Bowen is based on the acupuncture points..!

Bowen is good, but it feels like nothing is being done. ( but it is )

I am level 2 bowen accredited.

It costs so much to study, so I have not done any more. :) :)
